Rates
are based on double occupancy. All rooms are non-smoking.
Additional guests $20 5/28-9/5, $15 balance
of season, children age 3-11 $5, under age 3 no charge. Cots or cribs
$10. Maximum occupancy 5.
All rooms have refrigerator, ceiling fan, microwave oven,
coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board.
All occupants must be 21 years of age or with
family.
Smoking Policy
The
Restaurant and all Guest Rooms are Non-Smoking. There is a
minimum $100 charge for violating the non-smoking policy. This
policy is strictly enforced. Exceptions include room balconies,
our Oceanfront Pavilion and the adjacent Beach Hut Bar .
Refund Policy
A 7 day notice prior to your arrival date is
required for a refund of deposit less a $25 service fee. No
refunds will be made within seven days of the arrival date. For reservations
made less than seven days prior to the arrival date, notice of cancellation
must be received by midnight of the day the reservation was made.
Beach Badges
Beach badges are supplied
free of charge. A $50 depoist is required t insure their return,
preferably by credit card.
