Rates quoted are double occupancy. Additional guests $15. Ages 3-11 $5. No charge under 3. All rooms have two queen size beds and refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board.  Efficiencies have two queen beds and a pull out couch, dinette set, and a two burner stove top. Toaster, pots, pans, service ware included. 

Refund Policy
A 7 day notice prior to your arrival date is required for a  refund of deposit less a $25 service fee.  No refunds will be made within seven days of the arrival date.  For reservations made less than seven days prior to the arrival date, notice of cancellation must be received by midnight of the day the reservation was made.

Beach Badges
Beach badges are include at no cost.  A $45 deposit is required to insure return, usually by credit card.
